I was just on their website, and this is all I could see

For All Customer Relation Issues: Please write to Panorama Holidays, Customer Relations Department, 20D Beckett Way, Parkwest Business Park, Nangor Road, Dublin 12.

Afaik, First Choice travel shops/Falcon look after Panorama bookings, if it's of any help.

just got a call from my travel operator , i had to change my apartments i had booked for this sunday.

dont know why really but they couldnt offer the apartments anymore.....
