iPhone putting internet settings back in by itself..... bill !!!

    Hey all,

    I have an iPhone but no tariff with O2 so I dont want the iPhone to go off onto the cellular network. I did the usual, went into General, Cellular data network and set the APN to "inter" so that the iPhone gets refused when trying to access the mobile network, which worked fine however today I noticed the word "Internet" is back in and data has been sent and received on the mobile network??? I absolutely did not go in and enter "internet" myself so how is the iPhone putting this info back in by itself?? Any ideas?

    Did you update the carrier settings when you sync'd with iTunes?
