If you're losing inches then why are you worrying about lbs??

Post your Diet and Training... i.e post what you ate today.

    What he said

what is the obsession with lbs? As long as you look good that's the main thing? Victoria beckham is an example of why very light isn't always best

when you say you gained weight, how much?

What the other 2 lads said. Losing inches is a much better guide to progress that losing weight.

Unless you need to make a weight for something in particular. Are you a jockey by any chance?

Did you really want to lose just lbs? would you be more happy if you actually got fatter as long as your scales read less? (which is possible).

I stayed around 12stone for around a year but got thinner all the time as I built muscle and lost fat at the same weight.

You do realise you can lose lbs of FAT, while remaining a constant WEIGHT, do not equate the fat with weight. Muscle is more metabolically active than fat so not only will you be stronger in daily life, your metabolism will be raised due to the weight training.
