Does anyone have any recommendations for good places to go, price and quality wise?

updone.com used to be really cheap and not bad quality at all however they no longer ship a canvas print stretched over the frame, so if you want to do a bit of diy (I believe its not the easiest) then try them for a price but if not too handy then I'd head Steve's route.

Do you really like canvas for your proposed image?

I went through a phase of liking canvas but to be honest having been looking at one for a year or perhaps that's two, I actually think they are quite naff (yes, someone quote back to me how much I loved them and everyone can get a good giggle). I mean the canvas will soak up the detail out of your shot and after a year of looking at it you will go meh! expensive for firewood tbh ;)

Anyhow for bargain stuff and print only with stretch yourself go to updone.com or a proper stretched job go to steve @ 360 imho.

Other sources are aldi, harvey norman and tesco - i've no idea as to the quality but you'll get prices online if you want to check.

I haven't taken the picture yet but it's going to be a b&w panorama of somewhere in Dublin City, I think it'll work. It's for my brother who's moving into a new house so I won't have to look at it anyway :pac: thanks for the suggestions :)
