    Depends on your taste in music. I saw a CD in HMV a couple of months ago - 'music for running' or something like that, but it would'nt be my taste, kinda dance stuff. Your better just putting your fav tunes on your MP3. Trash metal has a fast beat but maybe a bit to fast:D

    Daft Punk - Alive 2007. The live album recorded in Paris. About 1 hour 20 mins of energy. Check out Brainwasher!

    Was listening to Rush's album 2112 this evening, strongly recommend it as a running album but it's really short (~36 minutes).

    At first glance I saw;
    Flame - BellX1
    Galway Girl - Mundy:mad:
    well if you get pumped up by bad music I guess this kinda works...

    I second Daft Punk, definately is energy music for me :)

    Always listen to podcasts from Newstalk on sport and the soccer prodcast off some other channel in relation to the gaurdian, keeps me going.

    Only do it for long runs

    It depends on what speed you're at. At the relatively quick 12.7 km/hr, I find the monotony of Funeral for a Friend does the trick. At the more relaxed 11 km/hr, almost anything does it.

    I do find that the time passes when you listen to longer songs. It's easier to go for one blast of Paranoid Android than American Idiot twice.
