    Hey all hoping ye can help am in need of shedding some weight before end of march as have event I need to be looking good for. Am 6ft 15.5stone. What would be the best diet I could do to lose the blub before then. Would going the gym everyday between now and then make a difference. If so what excercise should I be doing. Would also love some diet tips just need to get on a plan right away!

    You'll need to give more details for people to be able to help.
    Post up your diet.
    Post up any exercise you do.
    Both fat loss and muscle building are slow so don't be expecting to become a cover model by the end of march:)

    Just started low carb diet. Been using cross trainer for half hour in gym and twenty mins on treadmill as well as some weights only started gym today and diet. I know it's a long term thing. But would anyone have any more pointers to get the most weight off by end of month.
