Sky + problems recording certain channels

Hi, Is anyone else having trouble with SKY plus? When I set something to record on some channels (Mainly the Irish channels) it just fails. If I try to watch the channel while it is trying to record the whole box shuts down. If I press record while watching the channel it works no problem. Anyone else ever see anything…

Yes, I had the same problem on my set and solved it by checking and cleaning all of the connections on both the dish and the box. This is more then likely a bad connection problem.
