I have a very drafty double glazed window in a house we just moved into, it seems the window doesnt close fully so its not pressing against the seal. It about 10 years old, would it be possible to fix or would it need to be replaced?

I found in one case oiling the hinges fixed the problem. Clean out any rubbish around the hinges as well.
