Cadence Computer

can someone recommend me a Cadence computer that is not going to break the bank? also can the computer be fitted on the rear wheel so I can use it on a bike trainer?

I have a Cateye wireless triple which does cadence and heart rate,and costs i think about 130euro. Sensor has to be fitted on rear wheel to measure cadence.

I bought the "cateye strada cadence 9 function" from chainreactions, its gone from there but i think this is the same one available on wiggle for €37.44 :

it is good -but a word of warning -its delicate, so be careful where you mount it and if you throw your bike around a bit go for something stonger etc!...

I have the Strata Cadence too. Has been working nicely since Xmas. I found I had to mount the wheel sensor very near the hub to get the required 3mm gap and had to pad out the cadence magnet on the crank to get any cadence detected. I ended up mounting it on one of these stick-on cable-tie mounting pads.

2 Wheels Good

Would recommend the Cateye Strada Cadence as well. Bit tricky to fit, but that was more my bike than the kit. Have mine mounted on the stem, no problems after a year.
