    Hi there,
I am just writing to see if anyone can tell me where to turn! My boyfriend and 3 friends bougt tickets 4 todays carling cup final in wembley london off a ticket website (not sure if i can name it on here)! anyway on the terms and conditions of the site you have to give the address of your accomodation so the tickets can be delivered there, i know this is common practise as family members have done so before. The boys flew out this morning and when they got to the hotel the tickets had not been delivered. I called the company and they said couriers were out delivering them and seing as it is such a big game there were alot of deliveries to make, they also said if they couldnt make it to the hotel they would call and arrange a pickup point near wembley. I called 3 times and was told they would not be long. An hour and a half before the game my boyfriend called them and was told that there was a problem with the supplier and that the order would be cancelled and refunded, so they are out in london now with no tickets and down 800euro! I have a terrible feeling they wont be getting it back either judging by the response i got from the same guy at the company when I called a few minutes ago. Does anybody know is there any avenue to try to get the money back e.g. from the credit card company? Also is there any authorities we can go through to get these fraudsters stopped. Sorry for the long message I am just so angry.
P.s. the norton flagged the site as safe and it was number one in google searchlist! Thanks.

Should be no problem if you paid by credit card. You can contact them and claim back the amount. A lot of these ticket tout companies work like this and themselves aren't guaranteed tickets. Pity for the four lads, ruined the day no doubt. I would tell them to not worry about it, enjoy tonight if they are staying over and contact the credit card company tommorrow!
