A long shot I know but...

The second part of Christopher Nupen's brilliant documentary on Tchaikovsky was shown on BBC4 television last night (Friday February 26). Over the closing credits a really beautiful piece of solo piano music was played, presumably composed by Tchaikovsky himself. However, there was no mention of it on the closing credits.

Did anyone hear it and recognise what it was?
