    hey lads got myself a throat mic/earpiece its got asingle connection for the radio but the radio has two ports for the mic and earpiece how can i get round this

    Those are two different and incompatible connector systems. It's like a British Islesian electricity plug and a mainland Europe wall socket. You can probably find an adaptor somewhere, but the trick really is to make sure the headsets and whatever you're buying are compatible with your radio before you buy them.

    One of the ones here might do you. Not cheap for what you're getting though.
