Cleaning leak from driveway?

My car has had a few leaks in the past few weeks (mainly the same one that the garage took 3 goes to fix properly), and as a result my driveway (tarmac) is destroyed with a combo of oil/diesel and maybe even brake fluid.

Does anyone know how I can clean the driveway? do I need anything special or will the power washer shift it?
    Thanks in advence

Throw down some washing powder over the stains and use a wet brush on it.
