FAT 32 on NAS

    So...

    I bought a Belkin N+ router so my wife could access a hard drive wirelessly from her macbook Air...

    I reformatted a Seagate FreeAgent 1tb to FAT 32....

    Now I know there is long term data corruption issues using FAT 32 on a Mac...

    and I'm having short term issues anyway....

    Does this apply to a drive attached as USB Storage on a Router...

    If this turns out to be a PITA.. what options are there (not wildly expensive ones mind!!)
