Can anyone recommend me an eyelash curler and body scrub please? Preferably available in Boots.

Also, has anyone here used the 'Maybelline Dream Creamy Foundation'? Is it good? Would you recommend it?

    Hi,

I make my own body scrub. I just mix some sea salt(think you can use sugar also) with olive oil and use that. Really cheap and obviously not as artifical as some of the shop bought ones.

Boots do a really good ruby and millie heater eyelash curler for about E20.

Finally I really liked the maybelline dream creamy foundation when I first started using it, but found it dried out in the jar very, very quickly. So much so that I was unable to put it on smoothly (and I wasn't keeping in a hot place, etc).

Ya i wasn't a fan of that maybelline foundation either, dried into your face far too much and just dried out in general even in the jar. As for body scrub the soap & glory one in the orange tube in Boots is really good and smells gorgeous......skin lovely and smooth after :)

Im really suprised bout the maybeline comments, I love it!
Ive really dry cheeks sometimes and its one of the only foundations (apart from MAC) that dont flake througout the day. Really natural and gives skin a nice sheen.
Didnt notice any of the above happening?

I haven't had any problems with the new Maybelline at all. If you have dry skin, you need moisturiser first but it's fine, gives a really flawless base with brilliant coverage.

I absolutely love Body Shop scrubs, they come in a few different scents and leave my skin really soft and smelling lovely for ages afterwards. I don't use eyelash curlers but I have a friend who uses a plain inexpensive pair from a chemist and heats them with the hairdryer for a couple of seconds before using them, she swears by it. :)

+ 1. Was surprised at how good this was, reasonable price as well.
