Hi All, My new mini has been delayed in delivery for over 3 weeks now, the garage says it's because BMW are changing their shipping carriers and will not offer a new date for delivery. Has anyone heard anything about this?

Sounds plausible. Im afraid there is nothing you can do but wait but bear in mind it's not the dealers fault unless they actually placed the order 3 weeks late.

In my former job we ordered heavy and expensive equipment from the US and people would be ringing asking where it was. All we could say was "it's out there somewhere floating its way across the atlantic and it's due on the XX of XX but if it comes in early then we will let you know".
