Hi, I had a savings account with Halifax, Had a small amount with them, As the Bank is leaving Ireland i have to close my account, Who would be the best bank to join with that will give a competive rate?

This question is been asked a lot lately.
Have a look at this site for the best saving accounts. The most you will get these days is 4%.
