I received a letter saying I need a second Swine Flu Injection (Celvapan) as I have an underlying illness. However, I have heard very little about people contracting Swine Flu since Christmas. Not sure what to do!

Like yourself, I have an underlying illness. I got the booster (booked the appointment online) and they were so efficient in the clinic. Just my advice, I'd go for it, I can't see any drawbacks. I feel fine afterwards. A lot of the deaths have been with people who had underlying illnesses, so don't put yourself at risk!

My doctor told me that another wave of infections is expected again later this year. Apparently that is a common pattern of pandemics.
