    Hi

    My company is completing seed capital fund-raising, we are registered as a HPSU with EI, they are talking to us about investing.

    I would love to speak to someone who has been down that road with EI?

    Can anyone help

    Is the funding from EI or other investors?

    Funding from EI, is mainly what I am interested in. Terms are quite different from american VC's/investors. Worried about conflicts

    I raised 500k from private investors and EI matched it with 500k, it was nearly 3 years ago now. So times have changed I think they have capped it at 200k max matching funds. I do know a guy who got 750k off them last year and others who got the 200k. Most also got funding from AIB seed capital fund.

    I am in the middle of preparing my bus. plan for submission for consideration for HPSU. I think I will get it. Looking at a software product with big US market. Have you any advice you could offer on getting to HPSU, and/or securing funding. PM me if you are willing :)
