so i just found this and said id post it up a quick search didnt show it had been here before inspiring in loads of ways and discouraging in loads of ways its about an hour long and not much fancy production but the guy seriously changed himself over the course of filming check it out 'I want to look like that guy'

Seen that last summer,he did a fair bit of work in fairness.
I thought it was very motivational,if a 40 year old can do it, surely we can.
