UPC VoD and rebrand

Interesting that they say the re-branding to UPC will be this year - does this mean they think their service is now up to UPC standards? The whole "Chorus NTL" thing was a bit convoluted...

Yeah, I think once they're offering better products / high % population coverage they'll rebrand.
