    hi,
the missus came back from the dentist last night and she said the dentist told her some enamel was damaged and they think its as a result of the fructose from the juices we've been making since we got the juicer in jan. we usually throw about 3/4 fruits and 2/3 veg into it each morning, is this too much fructose to have??? thought i was being really healthy!!

You can use a straw to drink it to minimize the damage and also at least rinse your mouth after or else just brush your teeth.

Try an eat all your days fruit in one sitting a day, the frequency of expsoure rather than the total sugar content is the most important thing. Also brush your teeth for ages afterwards. Is your water supply fluoridated? Do you use fluoridated toothpaste?
