Pressing Services (and other) buttons causes problem

    Hi,
    I have a Sky box connected via SCART to the EXT1 socket on my TV, plus DVD player connected to EXT2. Recently, it seems that if I press any of the TV Guide/BoxOffice/Services/Interactive buttons, the TV seems to blank out to Channel 1. I have to press the TV button and then the Sky button in order to get it back to EXT1, in which case the four buttons mentioned will work once, after which the problem seems to be back.

    Hope this makes sense to someone who can help - I'm sure it's some small setting but I've changed various options on both the TV and digibox to no avail.

    Any advice appreciated.

    on the remote
    press TV, the press and hold select and green until the led blinks
    then press select, this will clear any additional commands assigned to the SKY, services, tvguide etc buttons.

    you coluld also try changing the scart lead
