    Is that not the thing where you get inside a big ball and roll down a hill ?

    I did it in NZ , thought it was rubbish.

    ah well its a nice distraction away from protein and squats and lifts. I am assuming it gets your heart rate going, so its kinda fitness. Geeez lads lighten up!:(
