    Anyone else seen this?

Absolutely without doubt one of the best films I've seen in a long time.

Basically it's about a Muslim man who moved to America who has Asperger's Syndrome (form of Autism) and trying to make a life for himself.
He falls in love with a Hindu girl, and they get married (not alot of people are happy given the history between the Muslims and Hindus)

There are plenty of laughs along the way, but it all changes when 9/11 happens.....

I laughed, I cried....I recommend this movie to everyone!

sorry to drag up an old thread but didn't see the point in starting a new one.

I saw this movie for the first time recently and I loved it. It really shows 9/11 from a different view than we're used to. Really would recommend this to anyone :D

Seen this a few months back. It struck me as a bollywood Forrest Gump, it was a movie of two parts. The first section is sickly sweet, I didn't find the romance particulary believable and some of the dialogue was ropey but in the second half it improved and built to a powerfull ending. For a second I thought it was the real Obama. It does highlight US paranoia over terroists, it was a different take on 9/11.

I wouldn't rate it as a must see movie.
