    (1) Open Internet Explorer
    (2) Click on Tools menu
    (3) Select Internet Options
    (4) Click the Privacy tab
    (5) Click the Sites button
    (6) Enter the website address
    (7) Click the Allow button

go back there and look for the domain name in the list, if it is there delete it. Then close options and open up the page in Internet Explorer

no still nothing irish tony... thanks for the help, i could bounce laptop off wall ??? :D

i've jst seen now in the privacy folder that the third party cooking settings are blocked and dial is set on a medium setting,, is this anything to do with it do you think??

no that shouldn't affect it. Only other thing I can think of to do is, if you don't mind losing your other cookies, go back into the options etc as above click on the sites button and click the Remove ALL button. This will delete every cookie for Internet Explorer. Then just open up the page. But like I say it will delete all cookies.

select the "Log me in automatically each time I visit." checkbox when logging in. This gives a 2-week expiration for cookies which allows you to login with no problem.
