Trying to eat better so have decided to bring lunch to school with me.
I always see people talking about bring salad etc. with them to work but honestly a wrap/sandwich/pitta is far easier for me to bring since we have no where to sit at luch etc..
I know I should pick brown bread to be healthier but what fillings would you suggest that would be healthy and fill me up and not stink out my schoolbag(no tuna!)
    Thanks guys!

My sister used to buy raw turkey breasts and roast it and have it in sandwiches with a bit of bree!!! Its cheaper and less processed than buying packets of cooked meats!! Turkey, salmon, lots of salad, tomatoes (great for moisture), cucumber!!!

Bring a lunchbox and a fork, and eat your salad from your hands. Simple.
