I've seen this problem before. You need to convert to the itunes format (I assume this is video).

Cheers, I have been meaning to get that as well but this one isnt a video file. Just an mp3 album that refuses to do what i want.

This might sound stupid, but are you sure it hasn't been tagged strangely? That happened to me a few times. The album would end up in the wrong place/order (not where I was looking for it). There was a difference between the 'artist' tag and the 'band' tag for some reason.

I use MP3Tag to make sure everything is correct.

    Anyway, it's just a thought.

I assume you have installed it? Once that's done you should be able to right click the album's folder and see MP3Tag on the menu. Click it and the program will start. It should open up with the track list from the album.

Press Control + A on your keyboard to select all the files, then right click on one of the selected files and choose 'Extended Tags...' from the menu. A box will pop up, and it will have some fields in it. If it has 'Artist' and 'Band' fields, check that they match.

I'll just add that if this is a single artist album, and you see the 'Band' field, you can just remove it by clicking on the 'Band' field once, then click the red X beside it.

All you have to do is press OK after that, and it will be saved. Then just close the program and try to put the album in itunes again.
