Ok when i saw this many things came to mind??? The school claim it was only used when laptops were stolen but what if the student went onto youporn or some other porn?? Linky

In what's shaping up to be a Springer-worthy scandal, a Pennsylvania school district is accused of using a school-issued laptop to spy on a student in his home. A lawsuit filed by the student's family claims the school remotely activated the computer's Webcam and observed the boy without his knowledge.

Right now, the case presents more questions than answers. One thing, though, is perfectly clear: Someone here isn't telling the full truth.

Not exactly the same as this case though... They should get sued out of their asses for that.

the student was caught ''viewing inappropriate material'' and the school contacted his parents to notify them, but they complained that they shouldnt have been looking. we can only speculate what the ''inappropriate material'' was!!!
