A cursory search suggests that there hasn't been anything on this in a year or so.

I commute for two hours on the bike most days so I need all the entertainment I can get. Yeah yeah, cycling with headphones equals not wearing a helmet equals breaking lights equals mugging old ladies but there you have it. Listening to chat is safer than listening to music even if it doesn't make you go as fast.

Anyhoo, here's what I'm 'digging' at the moment, any other suggestions most welcome:

    The Fredcast:

Still as dull, worthy and informative as ever though it can sometimes be difficult to understand what David is saying, what with him spending ten minutes at the start of each podcast with his face in his frequently changing sponsors' asses.

    The Spokesmen:

More David Berstein, but Brit Carlton Reid is often on and is generally excellent. Brilliant rant about distracted driving in the latest episode.

    Velocast:

Two Scottish guys. Going a long time, but I just discovered them. Funny, occasionally laugh out loud. Good on the Pro Tour, but do their homework on the quirky/general interest cycling stories too.

    Real Peleton:

Matt Rendell and Ned Boulting from ITV Tour coverage have started a year round podcast. If you like them on the telly or listened to their Tour podcast, you'll like this. Cover much of the same ground as Velocast but take the time to rip the piss out of each other in an engaging manner.

    The Two Johns Cycling Podcast:

Can Americans be Euro? Or does their brash gauchatitude automatically disqualify them?

Super elitist dudes try hard to overcome this handicap as they answer listener questions with amusing results. They also talk about their own racing which allows me live vicariously and learn something for when I eventually bother joining a club. Just about every question they get is answered which can make it overly long, but entertaining nonetheless. If Euro is your bag, you'll will relate heavily.

Sticking any of the above titles into the iTunes search bar will bring them up.

Any others? I've still got about an hour a week to fill...

I gave up on the Fredcast a long time ago, just couldn't take any more of his inane voice and the general American accent.

Mainly been listening to music lately no podcasts on the bike, but in my iTunes I have the following..

    Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show
    Ray Foley Show
    Ann and Al Podcast
    Ray Darcy Show
    Some Nob Nation stuff...

It's the enthusiasm that gets me down. Like postcards from my auntie, every sentence ends in an exclamation mark. I hate exclamation marks. And enthusiasm.

    More than welcome.
