My goal: To bring about a revolution in my training and conditioning. Fitter, faster, stronger, leaner.

    Background/stats:

    29, 5'9", ~88kg/just under 14 stone
    NCEHS qualified trainer
Training regularly for just under 3 years now
    Main interests are conditioning/anaerobic fitness.

    Tonight:

5 min rower at moderate-high intensity

    Deadlifts: 4 x 10 w/40kg

    Push-ups on dumbbells 4 x 10

    Minimum rest

    Plenty of stretching

Have only been able to get to gym a few times in the past couple weeks - this was a warm up session to get me back into it.
