Will the new H&S subject be introduced at 1st year 2nd level or is it only aimed at TYO? Who will teach the subject? As an H&S professional currently waiting on a placement for H-Dip Ed., I am interested in this important change to the educational curriculum...

    Thanks for your comments...

It'll probably be taught by the practical teachers where its relevant to their subject areas...doubt it would be scheduled as a sole module let alone introduced stand-alone subject

I think that the course you are talking about is this one. It is just a short course that is aimed at students of practical subjects, Woodwork, Metalwork, Science, Home Ec etc.
