Hi Everyone,
If anyone is interested Marcus will be doing Muaythai and MMA seminars on different days next week in our Waterford gym,
Dates, times and prices will be posted here tomorrow night.
He has a fight coming up in the UFC in May and is starting his 12 week preparation with two weeks at our gym.

thanks John but i thing my feet are staying on the ground now. I haven't thrown a kick in a year and a half ! I'd say a few from Billy's will be over to ye though. I've spread the word. When are the seminars happening ?

Lynne I think his father came from Lismore, and remember he was a pro boxer so you could learn from his boxing alone.
I will do Odats,
The Muaythai seminar is on Thursday night the 4th at 7.30 and will cost €50,
The MMA seminars are on on Friday the 5th at 6.30 and Saturday the 6th at 12 noon and will cost €50 and all seminars will last about 3 hours.
