Pilates DVD

    Could anyone recommend a good beginners pilates DVD, relly need to try and improve my flexibility but not too keen on going to a class?

    if you do a search on this frum for pilates dvd or fitness dvd you should find something, the topic comes up every now and then

    Go to amazon.. the only one i found decent was the stott pilates. once you have the basic understanding, the pace is fast and attainable. they also give u adaptations ect

    Louise Solomon does a very good range of dvds. Found them to be easy to follow, not too strenuous but effective. Can buy in HMV etc.

    I got one called winsor pilates a while ago, it has a range of discs focusing on different areas of the body. The beginners disc is easy enough to follow but not so easy that it is not challenging
