Ikea DJ Console

Came across this today while looking for a cheap DJ table. The table i play my decks off at the moment is far to low and is killing my back when i play for a long time.
You may think this is ridiculous and a waste of time and effort but i think its fairly genius...its basicly a bookcase and a Tv bench stuck together and it costs a €120 euro to make.

Nice idea! Actually I think someone here (VJ maybe?) bought one of those bookcases to make into a DJ stand.

Actually I'm looking for something similar myself at the moment as I have moved into a new place. However I want something for both my desktop pc and my controller - so a proper desk I can sit under for pc usage, but then big enough to have my other stuff on it too. Anything I see these days is just too dam small, I need something wider and longer than normal. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know

Have a look at these desks..its a desk for 2 people and its very long at 200cm!! cheap too!

Sweet thanks that definitely looks good! It's not very deep though, only 60cm, I want it a lot bigger so i can really sit under it, kinda like an office table.

This looks great - really wide and deep and adjustable legs. Might get a type of shelf unit for storage under it. I'm going to go up and check them out, you can mix and match stuff and make your own table which seems pretty cool
