Ironhelmet have been fans of the old 4x game Stars, that vein they have created Neptunes pride, something like stars combined with a webgame like planetarion. You start off with a few planets and the start to move out, getting new stars, researching weapons/speed/scan range/ship range. It looks pretty basic but quite good compaired to the old Stars game.

Explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate. You can join and create custom games once you purchase some Galactic Credits, the way the game uses to feed itself and continue.

Anyone playing or want to play some backstabbing diplomacy?

I'd be up for a game of this with any interested Boardsies. Especially if it's more accessible than Stars, I've been playing it for a few nights now and I'm only two-thirds of the way through the tutorial...
