I have a party coming up for about 20 people and want to do afew puds (desserts) that I can make ahead and freeze so that it will cut down on my prep time the day of the party. Any suggestions???

    Lemon curd and meringue icecream:

defrost good vanilla icecream until is it soft enough to stir. Add in crushed meringue and lemon curd. Swirl and refreeze.

Things like tarts, brownies, cakes, crumble all freeze well. Or I make a bitter chocolate torte which freezez really well.

cheesecake (and most other cakes in fact) can be frozen. Pavlova can be made a few days in advance and just finished off (cream/fruit) on the day.
