I would like a radio app for HD2 (that I can listen to UK stations)

Depends what you mean by decent. I have tried several Java based apps, and most of them have a periodic glitch in the audio that is a bit annoying. It could just be something specific to my handset but I have seen comments from others that suggest they experience the problem also.

There seem to be two types of these Apps available; free ones with a fixed list of stations, most of which no longer exist, and ones you pay for that allow you to enter the url of new streams. I haven't paid for any of these as I am not going to pay for something that glitches, and an earlier version of one these I found does glitch.

I do use one of these, Apps because you can enter and store new stations, but it can occasionally crash the phone.

You could try Moodio (it uses your phones web browser to setup the radio stations)
I use these on my SE Satio
    TuneWiki
    TunIn.FM
    LCG Jukebox

It works fine on E51 and E52, so I guess it should work on n95.
