NTL Multiroom?

I currently have the Sports package with NTL and i'm looking to get another box recorder in the bedroom. Is it really only an extra €10 a month to get this?

ONLY € 120 a year !!!!!

Would you not be better paying € 6 extra a month to get the family pack with more channels and multiroom included....then again if you have got money to throw away....

I am an existing customer and I kicked up so I have Digital plus in 2nd room 5 euro for box and 5 euro per the room total 10 euro.

In the 3rd room I have another Digital Plus HD five euro for the box nothing for the room.

So two extra rooms one Digital Plus one Digital Plus HD total 15 Euro.

This is another reason why I like UPC better then Sky if you haggle with them it is well worth it.:D

Any tips as to what my strategy should be ?

I did consider getting phone + broadband as well and rand up to try and get the 95 Euro deal, but they told me it was only for new customers ..

Ask to be put through to their customer loyalty department that is what I did.

I said there was no way I was going to pay more then a new customer.

They are given great deals to people who had been using illegal boxes to steal while I had been paying.

I was prepared to end my contract so you have to mean what you say.

So adding on 5 for 1st additional HD , PLUS 5 + 5 FOR 2nd HD , totalling 48.75

Just guessing here based on your costs, but if correct this would save me approx 12 Euro per month ?

Let me know if my logic is correct ?

5 euro per room 5 euro per box 10 euro per room not 13.50 so a saving of 7 euro.

I got the 5 euro dropped for my 3rd room so I am saving 12 euro.

i have NTL in the living room its the pack with with all the channnels except MOVIES AND SPORTS! and is the standard ntl box.

iv ordered ntl for my room for the extra 5euro a month and theyvein stalled it today
but iv been given the box that records and pauses tv

is that still a fiver? or will they charge me a tenner for this????

thats a shambles i ordered online and i have the receipt the give you in adobe format and it says

50euro install and 5euro monthly!!!:mad:
