Phone Interview after Onsite Interview

Has anyone had a follow up call scheduled by HR after doing an interview onsite? Normally phone interviews come before the interview in person so I'm not sure what to expect. I would be grateful for any tips :)

Never had one after doing an interview onsite.. They may have reviewed your application and have a few concerns that they want to address before offering the position. I have been called back for second interviews based on this alone.

If they had concerns they really should have addressed them in the onsite interview but possibly someone who didnt interview you has concerns which they want to address.
