    Lads

Gave my hamstring a bit of a tweak last night and its a bit tender today, not painful but a brisk walk lets me know its been tweaked, A few days of non running should have it sorted, my question is if it would be ok to do an upper body weights workout with a tweaked hamstring, just some machine weights to keep me active, or would it be more advisable to stay away till the hamstring is better, just wondering as i WANT to go do the weights, im just not sure on how safe it is

    Cheers

only a physio/ doctor can advise you of that I'm afraid - we can't be seen to give advice on lifts where there is a pre-existing injury, sorry
