Tom aged 40, has workas a programmer for the past decade with XYZ Ltd. He earned a salary of €20,000. Following a disagreement with his boss over an incident unrelated to Tom's employment, he was summarily dismissed. XYZ Ltd never has any complaint regarding Tom's employment - he exercised due skill and care at all times in the performance of his work. Tom believes he has been unfairly dismissed.

Was Tom unfairly dismissed or wrongfully dimissed??? What actions should Tom take!

Tom should go and see a solicitor, not have someone seek advice on the internet.
