Sauna or Sweathouse in Sligo

    Hi, I live in Dromahair and was wondering if anyone knows of a sauna or sweathouse I could use without being a member of the facility. I have a chest infection and need to get rid of it. I tried Sligo Park and the Clarion already but you need to be a member. Castle Dargan charge €20 per hour for their spa but I only want to do a few days in the sauna.

    There is a sauna and steam room in the Sligo Regional Sports Centre. You don't need to be a member, not sure of the opening hours though.
