    They're now thinking of recalling the Corolla again because there are some issues with the steering apparently. I assume that means the Auris could also be potentially recalled.

    That article states
    it was still looking into complaints over the power-steering on the Corolla - which is not sold in the UK.

    Does this mean that Corolla, common on Irish roads, is not sold in the UK, or that that model of Corolla in question is not sold in the UK ?

    I'm looking at the UK website and the Corolla does not appear on it, I never realised that.

    they stopped in 07 and replaced it with the Auris, its still sold over here as saloons do better in Ireland than hatchbacks compared to the UK
