Haven't touched the game in ages after my PS3 formatted and lost all the data but this might be helpful

Unfortunately it's a case of practice, practice and more practice. I was lucky that I did my first playthrough on Hard so I didn't have the warning prompts when enemies were going to hit so it was a bit easier playing through the Challenges normally. Between them and the obvious animation prompts however you should be able to gauge when they're going to attack and when you can time your attacks to compensate. Also, don't ignore the cape swipe and jump/avoid maneuvers, they're vital in order to complete them in a good time.

these challenges caused countless bad nights of sleep as i reckon my brain was still running on overdrive after going to bed. was actually getting up trying it in the middle of the night then when i couldnt doze off.
hardest one for me was the sewer extreme iirc. you've got to get the multiplier up by using all the moves but the X button is your best friend, in, strike/cape/takedown, out. make sure you do all variations of the special takedowns.
i remember the extreme electric floor one gave me trouble too but i did come up with a way to clear that easily which i cant remember now unfortunately.
beyond the plenty of practice goes ull need, it will eventually come down to one lucky run where you dont get hit. it will finally arrive though, remember i was running round living room cheering, OH looking at me wondering why i was getting so excited. good luck

I aced sewer extreme and then stopped playing the game for about 2 weeks, went back and couldn't even finish it! Probably the best hand to hand fighting system ever put into a game. Can't wait to see what they do with the sequels system!

actually i remember it now, use the 3 batarang whenever u can (something i had been ignoring at first), esp in the electrified floor level and sewer extreme when someone goes for the gun locker and immediately do a takedown after

thxs for the tips guys ill try again tonight, when i do succeed like i did with the others i ended up having around 10k over the requirement. I try for a perfect flawless combo in each round, if i fail i instantly restart. i feel if i dont ill be short about 100 points from the 3rd medal and thatd just be annoying:D. Really gotta finish it soon just got Dantes inferno in the post.

And that's the way it should be, I was competing with my mate for the best scores so flawless finishes plus using every move in one combo was the way to do it. The latter is frustrating but once you start getting decent you can be hitting the 50s and 60s for continued strikes.

...and now I want to start playing again. :o
