why are people talking about the cost of the camo or how easy it is to get your hands on it? lol is it not what you prefer in general? :p

PenCott is a camo designed by some chap who struck money and decided to make a camo, as far as I know, no countries use it.

For normal stuff, have to go with the ACU, as it looks like somethign from the future.

But for real invisible camo, you can't beat a ghillie suit

:p your silly man haha! and funny how you say "(at day time...)" coz all camo works at night time :p your pajamas would even work lol :p
but yeah, it does look professionamanamal with all the right gucci stuff, but its more to do with style then :D

In fairness, in most sites, camo is just an added bonus, so unless your a behind enemy lines sniper, you can get by perfectly fine without it if you keep your head down, and don't mind spening time in the dirt.

And not all camo is effective in the dark, eg your new fangled "Glowing Blue Bulb" camo. It may look pretty funky at night, but I don't think one bulb would offer a lot of protection from incomeing BB's

The company who make it actuly design pencott camoflauge ,does camo for the likes of wind farms and stuff pencott was a side project for them its getting some international reconition and the UK SF's have purchased a load of it for testing,

Fave camo has to be Desert Marpat

    followed by danish M84

    and pencott

Couple of weeks ago at Hellfire - got hit in an inappropriate place my a bod wearing urban camo trousers. let's just say that his bright and completely useless black, grey and white trousers gave me a fantastic aim point for every match that followed.
Urban camo in a wood - well that's just asking for half a mag in your general direction!

I love it too, but I love it from the looking professional side of it, not the make sure the enemy don't see you side of it.

    Just my 2 cents

yes because wearing ACU in a wooded area is proffesional :p
    ENVG_2036m.jpg

and you can wear bitish dpm or US wooland or whatever camo people wear and still be profeesional you know? lol :p

Didn't they test about four different patterns when they were trying to come up with a new pattern a few years back. Multicam was one of them, as well as a few other variations. The worst testing in each test (except some particular urban environments) was a form of urban camo. And guess what they used for ACU - that's right - that worst testing urban camo, with the black removed and digitised!!
I love government procurement. Is nice. :D
