Russian Visa Online Application form confusion..?

    Hey,

    I can understand that there's probably a new Visa thread every 10 minutes around here, but I'd really appreciate some help. :)

    I got my invitation last night, and today set about filling in the online application form.

    It's all plane sailing (to an extent!), apart from when it gets to the section "Travel Route".

    It asks for a Directive Number, Reference Number, Confirmation Number, Name of Travel Agency, and the cities to be visited.

    The info I got in the e-mail with the invitation attached, is as follows -

    "Index and name of tourist group: 'OOO Vostok-Zapad Link, ref. 000381'

    Can anyone tell me which are the numbers that the Visa application form is asking for?
