I've used the same golf grips on my irons (golfpride New Decade® MultiCompound) the last 2 times and will probably use the same again as they provide me with good feedback.........

there's a littlle grip finder thingy on there own website http://golfpride.com/Grips/GripSelector.aspx just for fun if you like golfpride grips,
even though i would advise you see touch and feel whatever you plan to use for the future

also there's a lot of videos out there on how to fit your own to save a few bob....its easy

buy 1 or 2 extra grips if your a bit shakey or a 1st timer........you'll use em up on the wedges anyway

I love the golf pride tour velvet cord with the spine on the back.
The golf pride new decade multi compound are lovely on wedges
for when you've no glove on. Im all about the cord myself.

had mine done a while back with lamkin grips, i love them, great feel ,not confident enough to fit them my self so it cost me 70 euro all in.

i think the lamkin torsion control grips are lovely, a bit pricey tho.

i also like the full cord lamkin crosslines, i got them on my clubs when i got seven years ago and they are still good and grippy, gonna change them soon tho!!

its a good idea to get your wedges slightly fatter than your other clubs, i think its handy for keeping "soft hands" around the green.

Same as you, Golf Pride Multi compound. Save your self some money though and get some off ebay. There are plenty of sellers on there in the Uk that will post to Ireland. I just got 9 in green for £34, they are about €14-18 each fitted over here. I fit them myself.

Have Golf Pride Multi Compound grips. Were on the clubs when I bought them.
Good grip and I find them good enough in the wet too. Certainly better than anything I had before.

But try this site. Not the Golf Pride brand but i'm sure they are pretty much the same thing..............

Got the Sharpro multi-compund ones from the above dealer, highly recommend. Read (think here in boards) that it is actually Sharpro that own the patent for the multi-compound design, whether or not Golf Pride make a better job of them or not i dont know but i taught it was an interesting fact!

Hoping to re-grip my own in the next few weeks - Is there much difference betweend the Golf Pride multi compound & the Sharpo equivalent ??

tbh i wouldnt get the multi compound grip again, i got my lob web wedge gripped with one and the bottom half to the grip is completely tackless no grip at all!! i'd try something else, just my two cents:)
