B&Q Ross dish

Hi I bought a Ross dish from B&Q a few weeks ago and put it up. It worked perfectly for the first couple of weeks and the signal strength was generally between 70 and 85 with the signal quality usually a few points less. But in the last week although the signal strength and quality have remained the same, every 10 minutes or so the signal quality will dissapear completely leaving me with no signal, and then come back just as strong as ever. I don't the the dish has moved.

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem or has any suggestions on what it might be and how I can fix it.

    Thanks

Sounds to me like your dish is 'teetering' on the edge of reception > try fine tuning the dish again, left a bit right a bit, up, down, etc, also make sure make sure the wall fixings are tight & fully secure, then check that the LNB 'skew' is correct (LNB turned slightly clockwise) when looking at the dish .......

I know its a pain, but it has to be done.

P.S. I guess you don't have any trees partially blocking the signal?

Thanks for the suggestion. Would you think that between 70 and 80% is not really a sufficient signal strength? Should I be able to get it up to 100%. Definately no trees in the way. Will give it a go, thanks.
