    Hi,
I am looking for some advice whether I got the fairer treatment.

I was made redundant few months ago with no redundacy payment.:(
When I contacted my pension scheme consultant they informed that My previous employer took back the contributions they made to retirement plan (as I don't have 2 years pensionable service).

I know that I can't get statutory redundancy as I have only 70 weeks with that company.
Is this same to pensions? were they right taking back the pensions?

    Thanks
